As the bass reverberated through The Sound House terrace and Immersiv3’s Cashuz commanded the crowd with relentless beats, the energy only intensified. What started as a solo set quickly evolved into an electrifying back-to-back moment with friend of Immersiv3’s collective crew, DJ Saban, sending the night into overdrive. If you weren’t there, you missed a turning point for Dublin’s hard techno scene.

We at I.E.D. have recently been covering Immersiv3 Collective gigs and have completely fallen in love with their vibe and style-warm hearts, open, friendly people who embody the true essence of rave. Over Valentine’s Day, we had the chance to catch up with this incredible collective as they took over The Sound House, delivering a night of unrelenting energy and pure techno euphoria. And on a night dedicated to love, you could feel it in every direction-not just in the music, but in the crowd, the crew, and the shared passion for the scene.

"Our sound is intense, pushing the limits of hard techno with raw energy, heavy bass, and hypnotic rhythms." (Immersiv3)

In the underground scene of Dublin’s electronic music landscape, Immersiv3 Collective is carving out a space where hard techno reigns supreme, and the crowd moves as one. If you haven’t caught one of their shows yet, expect an experience that’s high-energy, inviting, and filled with like-minded ravers who are there for the music.

Immersiv3 Collective pushes the boundaries of hard techno with relentless drive, trance-inducing beats, and chest-rattling low-end. Their sets are an ever-evolving journey, blending industrial grit, euphoric rave elements, and deep, rolling grooves to create a raw and gripping experience. Each member brings a unique touch, ensuring every performance is dynamic and unpredictable.

Behind the scenes, manager Naomi keeps operations running smoothly, handling bookings, venues, and promotions. On the decks, Bom Bruise, Cashuz, Pav, and Killian Kane do more than just play tracks-they meticulously craft each set, fine-tuning BPMs, structuring flows, and perfecting the sound to draw the crowd deeper into their world of techno.

More than just throwing parties, Immersiv3 Collective is on a mission to build an environment where people can lose themselves in the music. There are no egos, no barriers-just pure energy and connection. Their events are a safe, inclusive space where techno lovers can express themselves freely and immerse themselves in a night of unfiltered sound.

Their recent Valentine’s event, Rhythm & Lust, marked the first in their All Night Long (ANL) series, and it was nothing short of electrifying. Cashuz took over The Sound House terrace for a three-hour marathon set, keeping the crowd fully engaged, feeding off each other’s energy. The momentum never faltered. Even with concerns that an extended solo set might lose traction, the surprise back-to-back with Cashuz and Saban sent the night into overdrive, amplifying the connection on the dancefloor. It wasn’t just a set; it was a shared experience, a moment of pure techno immersion. The night was such a success that fans are already asking when the next ANL event is dropping.

Meanwhile, downstairs, Bom Bruise opened up the night, laying the foundation with Pav, and Killian Kane following with a relentless, industrial-driven set that had the crowd moving in unison, completely engrossed in the sound. The energy in the room was undeniable-ravers locked into the deep mechanical grooves, feeding off the raw underground energy of the night. There was a shared intensity in the crowd, a collective pulse that made the space feel alive, driven by the pounding bass and unfiltered passion for the music. While the terrace delivered a hypnotic, rolling flow, downstairs was pure industrial power-a contrast that gave the night its edge.

As with any growing movement, Immersiv3 Collective has faced its fair share of challenges. Securing venues in Dublin, where clubs are limited and competition is fierce, has been one of the biggest hurdles. "Securing venues has also been tough" they admit. "With the limited number of clubs in Dublin and so many collectives competing for space, availability is always a challenge. But despite that, since launching IMMERSIV3 in June 2024, we’ve already grown quite a bit. Each event has been a step forward, and we’re constantly adapting, finding new ways to push our vision while staying true to what we stand for."

Balancing their artistic vision with the financial expectations of booking managers has also been a test-while packed venues are great, their focus is on curating the right atmosphere and building a real community rather than simply chasing numbers. Their rapid growth is a testament to their ability to evolve without compromising their core ethos. Every gig is another step forward, pushing the limits of what an Immersiv3 Collective event can be.
